Refund policy
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not permitted.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or express orders are final upon confirmation and cannot be cancelled.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Exchange or refund requests are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or product errors, reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, with clear photo or video evidence, and provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Exchange or refund requests are not accepted for:
• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Used, worn, or altered items
• Items with customized color or shade selection
Customized items are considered made-to-order and are not eligible for exchange or refund once the order is confirmed.
Slight color variations due to lighting or fabric characteristics do not qualify for exchange or refund.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
