GIFT ORDERS POLICY
Purchaser-Selected Gift:
• The purchaser selects the gift item without knowing the recipient’s size.
• The recipient is contacted only to confirm size using PH’s official size chart.
• No product images or design details are shared with the recipient.
• The recipient cannot select or modify the item.
• Any changes must be requested by the purchaser only and before production.
Recipient-Selected Gift:
• The open gift option allows the recipient to select her preferred piece from PH’s lookbook.
• Orders are processed only after the purchaser approves the selection and payment.
• All payments and invoices are handled exclusively by the purchaser.
• Pricing and payment details are never discussed with the recipient.
Applicable to All Gift Orders:
• Purchaser identity is hidden by default for all gift orders.
• The purchaser’s name may be disclosed only upon explicit request.
• Purchaser contact details are never shared with the recipient.
• If the recipient declines:
• If production has not started, the cancellation policy applies.
• If production has started, the order will be delivered to the purchaser or an alternative address, with no refund.
